How to use JotNot’s batch processing feature

We launched an exciting, new feature in JotNot 3.0 called Batch Processing.  If you have a multipage document to scan, this feature will save you time and frustration.   Previous versions required you to capture and process each page sequentially.  With Batch Processing, you capture all the images upfront and process in one step at the end.  This makes the scanning experience much better.

So here is how it works:

After you take a picture, JotNot will display the Select View.  From here just tap the “+” icon in the bottom right corner instead of hitting the Process button.  Keep doing this until you have captured all the pages.  Then you can tap the Process button once on the last page.  JotNot will enhance all the pages one after the other and store the results in a nice, superfine PDF.

One word of advice.   Make sure you select the corners on each image before you take the next picture.  Also, try to set the default paper size for the document so that all the pages are the same size.  Tap the paper size button in the select view to do this.  You’ll only need to set the default document size once on the first image typically.

Hope this helps.  Now go out and take advantage of this great, new feature.

Happy scanning,

Alec
